Salsa Fiesta to Unveil Seven New Signature Salsas at ‘7 Days of Salsa’ April 14, 2010

How do you make a great place even better? Try dipping into seven new salsas—for free. Salsa Fiesta, Miami’s urban Mexican grill, is inviting guests to experience its seven new salsa creations during the ‘7 Days of Salsa’ – a week long tasting event. Located at 2929 Biscayne Blvd., Salsa Fiesta will be giving away chips and one of its new signature salsas with any order, from April 15 through 21. Salsa Fiesta’s ‘7 Days of Salsa’ will introduce a different signature salsa, each day:

• April 15 - Hot Tamale
• April 16 - Cilantro + Yogurt
• April 17 - Cream Chipotle
• April 18 - Mango Relish
• April 19 - Creamy Avocado
• April 20 - Pico de Gallo
• April 21 - Holly Guacamole

Cesar Olivo, co-founder of Salsa Fiesta, added the new, made-from-scratch items to an already extensive menu, bursting with the fresh, bold flavors of Mexico. Like the rest of its menu, each new salsa is handcrafted fresh daily in Salsa Fiesta’s kitchen to provide for lively flavor palettes.

Cilantro + Yogurt, for example, marries the sweet undertones of yogurt with fresh cilantro to provide a zesty finger food experience. The new Hot Tamale salsa offers a well rounded flavor composition with moderate spice from chipotle peppers complimented by the sweetness of fresh corn.
