Safari Weekend during "Kids Week" Celeration February 24, 2012

Enjoy seeing live animal displays -- featuring penguins and alligators -- as well as theater performances by the Central Park Zoo Theater Company at Safari Weekend during “Kids Week” at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 25th
“Safari Weekend” will feature arts and crafts and interactive demonstrations lead by the Bronx Zoo, New York Aquarium, the U.S. Coast Guard and more that will teach kids about life at sea, air and space.

“Kids Week” runs from February 18 – February 26, is open daily from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and offers a week full of fun and engaging educational programs while students are out of class during Presidents’ Week. “Kids Week” activities are free with the price of admission to the museum.
