To Whom It May Concern:

We are a non-profit organization based in McAllen, Texas. Our mission is to raise money for breast cancer awareness. We are two car clubs, S.T.S. AND ELITE IMPORTS who have united to contribute for one common cause S.T.P. (show the pink). Upon meeting, it was brought to our attention that one of the members of Elite Imports family member was diagnosed with breast cancer. We have taken it upon ourselves to contribute to breast cancer prevention because to us, family is what matters most. And in doing so we are putting on a benefit concert and car show in which 100% Proceeds will go towards breast cancer prevention. The event will consist of a car show with a vast appeal to all enthusiasts from domestic cars to foreign cars and even motorcycles and offering fun for the whole family. The event will begin at 7:00am and ending at 8:30pm. With the awards presentation and final thanks to all patrons in between the hours of 7am and 8pm there will be door prizes donated by local venders and businesses from our area. We are looking for several patrons who are willing to donate or deeply discount venue space and or services and merchandise for our event.
