Russian Folk Dances: Nouveau Chamber Ballet With Camerata Nova Solisti September 12, 2013

The vibrant folk music and dance of the Russian people have long inspired the classical music and ballet traditions of the great Russian orchestras and ballet companies. Nouveau Chamber Ballet, under the artistic direction of Lois Ellyn, and the Camerata Solisti chamber orchestra, directed by Dean Anderson, will combine in a performance that is inspired by and informed in the great traditions of Russian culture in a spirited program of music and dance.
