Run For Your Life - Twilight 5K Run/Walk November 10, 2012

The Next Gen Program of the Petaluma Valley Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce our third annual "Run For Your Life" Twilight 5K on Saturday November 10, 2012 at the Petaluma Golf and Country Club. This very successful event attracts 150 runners/walkers to enjoy a late afternoon race, followed by dinner and awards. 100 % of the funds raised will go to purchase equipment for PVH, helping to save the lives of our own community members. Please consider supporting this fun and healthy event.

This is anything but the typical charity run! Join in on a fun, twilight run in support of Petaluma Valley Hospital. Whether you want to run, walk, trot, skip or crawl, you will have fun as you work your way around a course set up on the grounds of the Petaluma Golf and Country Club. The Petaluma Golf & County Club is a unique location with gently rolling hills and spectular views (and sunset!)

Registration fee includes race entry, event t-shirt and dinner following the race. Dinner only is available at $10/per person.

The event is organized by Next Gen, a philanthropic program of the Petaluma Valley Hospital Foundation created to support the hospital. The money raised via attendance will be put towards purchase of medical equipment for Petaluma Valley Hospital.

Next Gen was formed three years ago in support of Petaluma Valley Hospital. We are an energetic community group whose mission is to actively support PVH as a strong and important asset to our Petaluma community. We coordinate and combine our charitable contributions to enhance the quality of health care in Petaluma and have provided new equipment for the PVH Birth Center, the Digital Mammography service, Emergency Room and other departments. We do this through action, involvement and collective philanthropy. Our goal is to provide opportunities for the community to learn about health care issues and services at PVH while also maximizing the impact of our collective contributions.
