Rufus Cappadocia, Happy Apple January 29, 2008

Rufus is one of the leading voices of the modern cello. He plays a self-designed five-string electric cello as well as the gerhu, a cello-like instrument of China's erhu family. He has performed at jazz, dance, and world music festivals throughout Europe and the Americas.

Happy Apple is a Minnesota based trio featuring Eric Fratzke, David King (also of The Bad Plus) and Michael Lewis.
