He represents employers in employment and labor relations litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Jeffrey has extensive experience in, and has written and lectured on, OSHA, Cal-OSHA, MSHA, discriminatory and negligent hiring, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, collective bargaining, and arbitrations.
