Rock and Gem Show - Earth Day Weekend April 21, 2012

In conjunction with Earth Day, April 22, 2012, the West Seattle Rock Club is holding its annual Rock and Gem Show Saturday, April 21, and Sunday, April 22, celebrating "Earth's Treasures". Come join us for literally tons of rock, gem and mineral-related exhibits and experiential, hands-on fun. There will be plenty of activities for kids!

A silent auction – one for kids and one for adults. Spin our giant wheel for prizes. Kids can make gem "trees" for free. We'll have rock displays, minerals, fossils, geodes, gemstones & crystals to explore.

Club members will have their own display cases on exhibit. Demonstrations of jewelry and lapidary techniques. Dealers selling: minerals, lapidary tools, fossils, geodes and more! Food and drinks. Free parking.
