Hermes Trismegistus Masonic Club presents
Ritual Performance in the Middle ages and Today
Presented by Eric Palazzo
Getty Scholar and member of the Rectified Scottish Rite

Ritual performance borne out of the Middle Ages can be seen in a variety of places including present day Freemasonry.
The focus of this lecture will be to explore medivieval church rituals that were performed during the Liturgy and look into their anthropological and symbolic aspects.
In it we hope to see how the medieval conception of
ritual could be a source of Masonic ritual.
