Ribbon of Highway Endless Skyway: A Tribute to the Spirit of Woody Guthrie April 4, 2009

Ribbon of Highway Endless Skyway captures the timeless heart, wit, soul, and spirit of the legendary singer/songwriter, guitarist, poet, author, artist, philosopher, and thinker, Woody Guthrie. In a performance that has been called “nothing short of brilliant,” renowned Austin, Texas singer/songwriter Jimmy LaFave brings a stellar cast of performers to assist him in paying tribute to the quintessential hard times troubadour. This performance will be accompanied by an exhibit of Woody Guthrie’s work in the Pollak Gallery.
