Resolution 15K… Go the distance!

Put on your trainers, pull on your hat and go the distance by joining us for The Stroke Association’s Resolution 15K fun run, taking place in the beautiful Regent’s Park on Sunday 14 November.

Resolution 15K is the final distance in our Resolution 2010 series, which has included 5K in Battersea Park and 10K in Finsbury Park. The Resolution series encourages you to keep fit and motivated and while the event will be timed, this is not a race but an opportunity to enjoy a new distance in a fantastic location!

So whether you’re a keen runner or a complete novice our weekly training plan will ensure you’re up to the challenge!

This event come with some great benefits including chip timing, technical running vest, water stations, kilometre markers, baggage stations, goody bag and medal.

In 2009, the Resolution 15K Richmond Park run sold out one month before the event, so to meet popular demand we’ve added a new venue - Resolution 15K Regent's Park. We still expect places for both events to go fast!
