Saturday in the grand ballroom of the Reno Hilton. Beverage highlights include a cocktail seminar and pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon tastings Friday and a beer tasting and seminars on rieslings and blended wines Saturday. Culinary highlights for Friday and Saturday include a tasting tour of Tuscany with chef Joe Eidem of Washoe Medical Center and demonstrations of healthy meals from chef Juan-Carlos Cruz of the Food Network.
