Reno Tahoe Comedy presents HYPNOT!C with featured hypnotist, Dan Kimm . Dan will be performing every Friday night beginning May 6th at the Pioneer Underground located next to the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts at 100 South Virginia, St., Reno , NV . No drink minimum. Suggested age: 16 and over.
HYPNOT!C is a mesmerizing, laugh-a-minute show that not only busts the myths surrounding hypnosis but also showcases the hidden talents of the volunteers’ subconscious minds. Dan Kimm, the featured hypnotist who has appeared in showrooms, classrooms and boardrooms throughout the area, transforms audience members into entertaining stars of the show.
Dan Kimm was a confirmed skeptic until the late “Hip Hypnotist” Pat Collins hypnotized him in the mid 80s. Collins took him aside after the show and told him he was definitely one of the funniest people she had ever invited on stage.
Fast forward to today: Dan is now a local favorite and has appeared in showrooms, classrooms and boardrooms throughout Northern Nevada.
It is Kimm’s unique ability to range his performances from squeaky-clean, family-friendly fun to just a little bit naughty that keeps his shows fresh and his audiences intrigued. He is regarded as “The Hypnotist with a Heart,” as he enjoys performing to help local charities and groups raise much-needed funds.
