Brooklyn Brewery will preview it's first batch of organic beer for this event served in biodegradable cups made from corn, manufactured in a brewery run on wind power. Organic food concessions by Two Boots and Gorilla Coffee will serve fair-trade, organic coffee, roasted in Brooklyn.

Creative solutions will be utilized to minimize garbage on the day of the event with recycling areas set up to recycle plastic, paper and metal. An environmental organization tent will be set up to disseminate information.
