Reiki One - Open to Healing Energy September 26, 2010

Reiki is a healing energy technique where you place your hands on a body and a gentle, warm energy flows through your hands and into the body. Reiki is easy to do and can be given to your friends, family, and pets, as well as yourself. Reiki I training opens the healing channel through the first of three attunements. You will be guided into a relaxed state using hypnosis techniques and then specific steps are performed by the Reiki teacher to open a channel within you for this healing energy to flow. You will learn a kidney breathing exercise to increase the Reiki energy, learn placement of hands on yourself and others, experience lots of hands-on practice, and receive a certificate of completion. Hypnosis used during the class amplifies the Reiki healing energy coming through your hands.
