Regina Spektor is a New York based singer/ songwriter/ pianist who was born in Moscow. Above her quasi-classical piano, with a voice that goes from girlish to Bronx brassy, she imagines surreal transformations, refracting a sense of mortality with wry humor.\u000AOnly Son is the music of New York based songwriter Jack Dishel. His debut album, 'The Drop To The Top' was issued in 2006. Before creating Only Son, Jack Dishel was the frontman of NYC band Stipplicon as well as lead guitarist for The Moldy Peaches.
