For our last meetup of 2007, Doug Wilson and Mark Bristow will present a high level overview of why those developing web applications should worry about security. They will also provide suggestions for avoiding common vulnerabilities discovered in the past year.
If you're planning on attending, please send your name (and names of any guests) to contact [at] refresh-dc [dot] org. This will help us get a list of names to the door man. Thanks!

Damn Jeremy, I guess I actually have to come to this one.
Whoo!
Note to self: Come early to get a good seat.
I'm looking into Ebenezers Coffeehouse for the event. There is normally a $500 charge for the space, but I work for the organization that owns the shop so I'm seeing what strings I can pull. You think people would at least buy lots of coffee?
Bummer. There is a concert scheduled that evening. Perhaps another month...

Hey! My company is sponsoring. Sweet!
Oh Heck Yes... for once i can make it on time... maybe even a little early. Cheers to the new location!
Double Triple Cheers to the new location -- I will be there this time!
Sadly I've got a class on that day, so I can't make it.
Sadly, I've a work event to attend. Have fun!
AFTER PARTY LOCATION?
I vote 18th Street Lounge. Or Lima.
Looking forward to it... as long as the weather holds
