For our last meetup of 2007, Doug Wilson and Mark Bristow will present a high level overview of why those developing web applications should worry about security. They will also provide suggestions for avoiding common vulnerabilities discovered in the past year.

I'm looking into Ebenezers Coffeehouse for the event. There is normally a $500 charge for the space, but I work for the organization that owns the shop so I'm seeing what strings I can pull. You think people would at least buy lots of coffee?
