It's take(off) number two for Portland this August 2 as Red Bull Flugtag touches down at Tom McCall Waterfront Park for the first time in over four years. Think you can fly in front of thousands? Wanna strut your stuff in feathers, glitter and creative flair? Applications are due May 10 -- apply to fly!
