All from Ky, fiddler and mandolinist Rich Kirby has lived in Va for 30 years, performing across the region and nationally. Prize-winning banjoist John Haywood, from Floyd County, brings a deep store of songs, tunings, and techniques. Brett Ratliff hails from Van Lear, already a veteran of several bands. Bassist Nate Polly, a native of Letcher took up old-time music after playing for years with other bands.
