Chefs Collaborative is committed to providing chefs with the information and education they need to make more sustainable purchasing decisions. Boston is the home of Chefs Collaborative and we’re eager to learn more about the interests and needs of chefs in our local community. Please join Chef Will Gilson, members of the farming, fishing, and artisanal food community and the Chefs Collaborative staff for a light lunch and a discussion of how we can best carry out the mission of Chefs Collaborative here in Boston. Please come with questions and ideas that will help us build a more sustainable food community here in Boston!
