Inspirational presenters at the fifth annual Realize Your Radiance event include Keynote Speaker, Sherry Lebed Davis, "Those Who Laugh . . . Last". Sherry, one of the foremost authorities on the use of movement for healing and quality of life issues after cancer, uses funny, true stories, props and audience participation to create an interactive experience that generates a positive, motivated and excited outlook on life.

Breakout sessions include: Kristen Allott, ND, LAc., "Food and Mood: Three Days to More Energy and Mental Clarity". Piper Lauri Salogga, teaches how "Good Energy, Powerful Life: Creating Intentional Changes from the Outside In". Kim Trimmer, owner of InsideOut Yoga and creator of Realize Your Radiance will discuss how to "Rest Assured in Your Radiance" when our self talk is determined to convince us otherwise; "Huna: Ancient Tools for Stress Reduction and Well Being" with Well-Being Coach and Mentor, Andrea Skelly, PhD, MPH and author of "Emotional Stimulus Package: Your Guide to Re-creating the American Dream"; "The Art of Presence - Seeing Beyond the Image" with Teresa Morani, Artist, Photographer and many more.

We live in a society that has a limited definition of beauty, relegating it to superficial matters, such as jean size and whiteness of teeth. Realize Your Radiance is a one-day workshop that invites women to cast off these stifling notions and explore their individual definitions and expressions of beauty.

Through movement, art, self-nurturing activities, reflection and expression each participant will have opportunities to experience a deep and renewed sense of self. Our goal is to provide opportunities for self awareness and self-expression that will enable each woman to recognize that the world is more beautiful because she is here.
