ABOUT READY, AIM, YOU’RE FIRED
“Ready, Aim, You’re Fired”, directed by Richard Alan Woody, tells the tale of Barbara Brooks, an anonymous cog inside a sea of corporate cubicles suddenly plucked from the company roster to become the company henchwoman. Lured by the seduction of her new power, Barbara morphs in appearance and attitude – forsaking friendships and shunning her low-fat pie-baking mother –in her quest to fire her way to the top and keep hold of her precious “Employee of the Month” plaque at any cost.

Unable to shake Barbara from her capitalist hypnosis, her friend and slacker co-worker, Jenna George, instigates an office coup with the aid of a hard-charging office protégé and timid assistant to hopefully hand her enough rope to hang herself but save their friendship. Is Jenna up to the task, or has Barbara’s capitalist soul surpassed salvation?
