Rang Mahal Exhibition October 19, 2008

Rang Mahal, representing a conglomeration of Bengal weavers, displays exclusively designed handloom saris and dress materials. The organisation aims at the uplift of impoverished Bengal weavers and this is its 10th exhibition in the city coinciding with the Deepavali season. Choose from Tangail Nakshi saris, Dhakai Butadar saris and Dure saris, with floral, abstract and decorative motifs. There are also grand jamdani and Baluchar embossed cottons.
