The Green Sanctuary Committee presents Clair Klock of the Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District, speaking on the latest techniques in rainwater catchment for both irrigation and potable uses. Klock will discuss the design and placement of catchment tanks and systems as well as show examples. Jim White, Drip Irrigation specialist for Ewing Irrigation, will speak briefly on the use of drip irrigation to maximize the use of the catchment system. This presentation is offered to the public for the first time in Oregon City.
