http://www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/entertainment/16568325.htm : Philly Inquirer review: Raines. (NBC, 9 p.m. Friday) As the title character in Raines, Jeff Goldblum is a sarcastic, trench-coated detective for the LAPD who suddenly starts seeing and talking to the victims in his murder cases. Or is it his imagination? Either way, the ghosts aren't too helpful. So he relies on his ex-partner (Malik Yoba) and a civilian aide (Nicole Sullivan). The show, which takes ER's slot on Thursdays at 10 for two weeks (March 15, 22) before settling into NBC's schedule on Fridays at 9, has great L.A. locations and a pretty good gimmick. - D.H.
