Providence Marianwood 9th Annual Spring Celebration Luncheon May 14, 2009

Providence Marianwood will host its 9th Annual Spring Luncheon on Thursday, May 14, 2009, featuring best-selling author Robert Fulghum as the keynote speaker and comedian Pat Cashman as the emcee.

The luncheon, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Club, 36005 SE Ridge St., in Snoqualmie, is the premier fundraiser for the Providence Marianwood Foundation and residents of the Issaquah skilled nursing home.

Fulghum will speak from the wisdom he's gained from his eight best-selling books, including "All I really need to know I learned in Kindergarten." Longtime Marianwood and community volunteer, the late Anne Strodel, will be honored with the "Spirit of Marianwood Award."
