Michele Ballard Miller is a shareholder at Miller Law Group. She also provides strategic advice on employment risk management and is a frequent lecturer on employment issues for clients and outside groups.

Carolyn Rashby is special counsel at Miller Law Group. She has represented and counseled management on a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, and employee handbooks and personnel practices. Carolyn has written hundreds of articles and employer compliance materials touching on all aspects of California employment law.
