RHAPSODY in Cool is a benefit party to raise money for student scholarships to Progressive Arts Alliance's 6th Annual RHAPSODY Hip-Hop Summer Arts Camp recently recognized as a featured Cool Camp by the the World Almanac for Kids.

Join PAA and one of Cleveland's hip-hop pioneers, MC Chill, for one of Lava's signature martinis while dancing to the funky sounds of DJs Neil Chastain and Jugoe.

The event will also include:
-- hands-on record scratching stations
-- silent auction
-- custom graffiti hat station

Silent auction items include: MOCA memberships, artwork by Bob Peck, concert tickets, and a brand new Serato Scratch Live unit sent directly from the Rane factory!

Who:
The RHAPSODY Hip-Hop Summer Arts Camp brings together a diverse group of students each year to learn about hip-hop's history and dynamic art forms. The camp shows how hip-hop can be a positive form of creative self-expression and develops students' self-esteem and teamwork skills.

Progressive Arts Alliance is a nonprofit organization that provides experiences in the contemporary arts that stimulate critical thinking and promote progressive thought. PAA serves thousands of students each year.
