Please Join us on Friday November 5th for a special night all about butchering in America. We're hosting a discussion around the new book "Primal Cuts: Cooking with America's Best Butchers" by Marissa Guggiana

The Panel will include:

The discussion will be moderated by Anna Dunn of The Diner Journal

There will be tastes from the panelists and refreshments will be served, including beer from Six Point Craft Ales.
