Yet, there are many strategies, though not traditional at all, recommended by numerous practitioners in the market that are also effective to assist you to evaluate and solve some simple problems in your departments to some sophisticated problems in your business. Perhaps, you may want to choose one or two or even several of these strategies for your department or your business.
