Poetry @ The Lit: R.A. and the Sexspurt July 13, 2006

A double bill featuring local poet and author of several books RA Washington and San Francisco sexpert Jen Sincero, who writes the column "Living in Sin" for the LA Alternative and author of Don't Sleep With Your Drummer and The Straight Girl's Guide to Sleeping with Chicks. This is the July installment of the Literary Cafe's monthly poetry foray. As you can tell this is going to be a "special" night. So much so that the readings will take place in the front part of the bar.

And as usual, we will have open mike after RA and Jen do the features and, of course, the FAMOUS Penpad-Padpen Poetry open with You the audience creating spontaneous poesy and sharing with the rest of us slightly intoxicated brethren.

The Lit is located at 1031 Literary Road in the historic neighborhood of Tremont.
