The Clay Studio is delighted to offer you a Special Preview of its upcoming original exhibition Plates and Platters: Salon Style, which opens April 20th. A Buffet Dinner will be held in the gallery, as the plates will be hung salon style, on the wall, creating a dialogue from piece to piece.

We are thrilled to have as our Guest of Honor for this event Elisabeth Agro from the Philadelphia Museum of Art. In October, 2006, Ms. Agro became the Nancy M. McNeil Associate Curator of American Modern and Contemporary Crafts and Decorative Arts. This new position supports the acquisition, exhibition, research and publication of American decorative arts from 1850 to the present, with an emphasis on contemporary crafts. Don't miss this special opportunity to meet, converse and welcome her to The Clay Studio.
