Victoria Bolam, the director of Action Japan, has 16 years experience consulting for such firms as Toyota Corporation affiliates, the BBC, a top-five consulting firm, and Japanese government departments. She introduces a fresh approach based on current organizational psychology to a prevalent problem and offers advice invaluable for any organization, large or small, bold enough to seriously address the issue of employee and organizational performance.
Victoria is also a British Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee member, former vice-chair of the EBC HR Committee, and a published writer with various appearances on Japanese national TV.
