Philosophers' Café: Greg Whincup, I Ching, or the Book of Changes

Admission: $5 at the door

Greg Whincup studied at the University of Toronto and the University of London, and worked in the Far Eastern Department of the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto. He is also author of The Heart of Chinese Poetry. He will speak about the I Ching, its symbolism, as well as its articulation on the idea of dynamic balance between opposites.

The Vancouver Art Gallery is an ongoing partner with the Philosopher's Café founders, Simon Fraser University's Continuing Studies.
