Philadelphia World AIDS Day December 1, 2010

For World AIDS Day over 20 local organizations will come together to remember the lives lost to this disease, as well as celebrate the lives of those living with HIV and AIDS. The event will combine artistic performances, visual art displays, commemorative ceremonies and free HIV counseling and rapid tests. It will be hosted by fashion designer and former 'Project Runway' contestant Jack Mackenroth, with music by the Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus, Smoke, Lilies and Jade and others.
