This group will read When I Say No I Feel Guilty and engage in 12 weekly in-depth discussions lead by a psychotherapist on how to apply these ideas to your life. This is a good book that encourages assertiveness and healthy self care. Socializing will be encouraged so this will be a great way to get to know other people who share your interest in self improvement!
