About the Presenters
John F. Guettler, SPHR has over thirty years of experience in the field of human resources. For 25 years he functioned as the corporate director of Human Resources at the executive management level. His areas of emphasis were leadership development, organizational effectiveness, acquisition due diligence/integration, performance management and total reward strategies.

Margaret Dyekman, CCP, SPHR is the founder and President of Corporate Compensation Services. She works with Boards of Directors and executives on projects involving compensation philosophy definition, market analyses, and pay program design, communication, and implementation. She has over 20 years of experience in executive management and consulting, all with a focus on how employers can best motivate and reward their employees through the right pay, performance, and communication strategies.
