Pepper's Ghost is a misfit group of songwriters & musicians from Philly, now residing in Fishtown. Their sound has changed quite a bit over the years--and continues to do so. They've been through a lot: a critically acclaimed live album, a slew of shoestring-budget tours, a high-profile record with Andy Johns, a bum record deal, and a notorious tour that everyone told them not to do. Prior to the release of their 2005 Hybrid Recordings debut "Shake the Hand that Shook the World" their single "You're in My Heart (Little Pretty)" leapt to #3 on the Billboard singles chart in the U.S. and #1 in Canada.

Paul Keen formed the Pawnshop Roses with Kevin Bentley and Justin Monteleone, two versatile instrumentalists who function as guitar players and bass players in the band. To fill out the rhythm section, the band recently added drummer Rich Richardson into the mix. Despite a few line-up changes in its early stages, the band solidified and began to build a following with gigs throughout Southeastern PA and in the tri-state region.
