Penrith Australia Day Celebrations January 10, 2007

6am-9pm - Free Event An action packed event on water and dry land is guaranteed at Sydney International Regatta Centre, Penrith.

Aquatic stunt shows include daring jet ski stunt routines, freestyle water ski jumping, backwards barefooting, and water ballet. In addition, Australia's finest wake boarders will compete in the finals of the Australian Pro Wake Board tour.

The country's premier riders during the freestyle motor-cross show, an international illusionist, a 50 piece samba band with capoeira, a fire dance troupe, and Chinese acrobatics will spellbind the crowd.

The Whispering Jack Show, The Enormous Horns, Dorothy Dinosaur, Humphrey B Bear, Bananas in Pyjamas, Raggs, Postman Pat, Fifi Flowerpot, Casey Clown, community groups and bands will feature on 3 stages.

Visitors can take part in fun runs, fishing, swimming, canoeing, sailing, a circus playground and free inflatable rides and face painting.

Wood chopping, whip cracking, dog agility, horse displays, an Australian village, a sustainability area, car displays and antique machinery will be on show.

Australia Fireworks Aqua Spectacular presented by Integral Energy.
