Penn Theater Arts: Urinetown November 19, 2010

This musical tells of a world where drought has forced officials to take drastic water conservation efforts: people may only use public toilets, and they must pay for them. Citizens revolt and take to the streets, but those who break the law are arrested and carted off to the mysterious 'Urinetown.'
