GLOUCESTER, Mass. — Grammy-award winner Paula Cole will perform at Wellspring House’s 12th Annual Women Honoring Women Luncheon. Massachusetts Senate President Therese Murray will serve as keynote speaker. The Luncheon will raise money for Wellspring House programs that help families move out of poverty and homelessness and transform their lives.

Fifty local artists, including Sigrid Olsen and Beach Street Studios, will create original artwork such as oil paintings, furniture, photographs and jewelry that will be auctioned at two events. Members of the public will have an opportunity to preview the artwork and present advance bids during the Wine and Cheese Auction Preview Event from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 29 at Wellspring House, 302 Essex Avenue, Gloucester. Artwork will also be on display and available for bidding at 11:15 a.m. at the Luncheon on Monday, May 3.

Six hundred women are expected to attend Wellspring House’s Women Honoring Women Luncheon, which will be held from 11:15 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, May 3 at the Crowne Plaza Boston North Shore (formerly Sheraton Ferncroft Danvers), 50 Ferncroft Road, Danvers, Mass.
