Prolific New York Times columnist Paul Krugman discusses Social Security, the federal deficit and international trade, focusing on how these issues affect our economy and individual Americans. Krugman, a professor of economics and international affairs at Princeton University, joined The New York Times in 1999 as a columnist.

Krugman is a familiar name in the International Relations, Economics and Development Studies curricula at colleges/universities all over. He studied at MIT with Jagdish Bhagwati, another superstar economist.
