Paul’s professional writing career began in 1990 when he won a young writers’ competition and his entry, Kingdom Come, was screened on BBC Two. He’s a two-time Hugo nominated scriptwriter for the BBC's new Doctor Who series, as well as the creator of Who spin-off Bernice Summerfield and the author of Marvel comics new sensation, Captain Britain and MI-13. With a writing career now spanning novels, non-fiction and audio plays, his prose story Catherine Drewe Lou Anders’ epic anthology, Fast Forward 2.
