Patriots, Pen, and Paper October 14, 2012

Take a family-friendly look at the new exhibition Creating the United States and view the important documents, artifacts, and clothing of America’s founders. Then return to the art studio to create handmade paper using materials gathered from around the Skirball and create a one-of-a-kind document of your own using a feather quill pen and ink. Ages 7–12; children must be accompanied by an adult. Limited space.
