Pathway to Change May 4, 2010

This workshop is deeply rooted in David Chrislip’s collaborative premise – “If you bring the appropriate people together in constructive ways with good information, they will create authentic visions and strategies to address the shared concerns of their organization or community.” The workshop provides methods and tools to design and facilitate a collaborative change process from the perspective of the change agent as a member of a planning team.
