Professional and Technical Consultants Association (PATCA) September 13 dinner meeting will feature Michael Soffel, VP of Operations for ICon Professional Services.

Michael Soffel is Vice President of Operations for ICon Professional Services, which is headquartered in Foster City, California. ICon has been working in the contingent workforce management sector since 1997, helping many well-known employers in Silicon Valley meet federal and state Independent Contractor guidelines. Michael is responsible for managing strategic operational activities which include corporate compliance, client program design and deployment, product design, pre-sales support, sales strategy, post-sales support systems and training programs to strengthen ICon's competitive positioning. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Widener University.
