Enjoy this opportunity to share the healing practice of partner yoga with someone special this Valentine's Day! Deepen your connection with your partner as you explore movement, body and breath together. Jackie Long will guide you on a rich journey as she encourages you to attune to yourself more compassionately and to your partner more consciously. Together, you and your partner will explore the path of the Peaceful Warrior as you learn to remain connected to your partner while staying true to yourself. Invest in your relationship by practicing openhearted, non-violent communication skills that can benefit you both for a lifetime. The yoga practice will be fairly gentle, with a few advanced options for the more adventurous at heart. No yoga experience necessary!

Jackie Long, MA first began practicing yoga over 12 years ago. She teaches in a gentle, nurturing style that encourages self-care, mindfulness and compassion instead of bodily domination, pride and competition. Jackie Long is also a Marriage & Family Therapy Intern in private practice and is passionate about weaving principles from Buddhist psychology into the yoga practice to help people relate to themselves and others more harmoniously.
