Join Parties That Cook for the next Culinary Boot Camp Series and we'll whip you into kitchen shape in no time!

The 3-class series (also together at a reduced rate) will be taught by Parties That Cook Executive Chef, Tanya Rogow. Tanya has been cooking and teaching professionally for 10+ years. During her stint at the Food Network, she worked with and learned from chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse. Her restaurant training is attributed primarily to Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal (of Town Hall fame) at Postrio restaurant.

Thanksgiving Appetizers (November 1st)
At this exciting interactive cooking class, guests will learn new cooking techniques that take the guesswork out of Thanksgiving appetizer preparation -- perfect for those looking to create a memorable Thanksgiving meal. Students will then apply these skills hands-on, working in small groups to prepare the evening's mouthwatering Small Plates menu. When the cooking is over, guests savor the 'fruits' of their labor hot from the oven!

This class features a Parties That Cook custom Small Plates Menu and classic hands-on group cooking event experience.
November 1st Menu
Endive Leaves with Savory Fig Jam
Sweet Potato Pancakes with Crispy Prosciutto and Sour Cream
Hot Crab Dip with Soft Pretzel Poppers
Mini Apple, Roquefort and Caramelized Onion Pies with Honey
Seared Beef Brochettes with Whole Grain Mustard and Garlic Marinade
Parties That Cook designs fresh seasonal menus for each event. Guests do not need cooking experience to attend. The price of admission includes cooking instruction by professional chefs, recipes using the finest, freshest ingredients, hard copies of the recipes for taking notes, electronic event photos, and the camaraderie of cooking with new friends! Water and sodas will be provided. If you'd like to enjoy wine during the class, please bring a bottle to share with the group.
