Palm Tree Garden Gnostic Group April 5, 2007

The Salmon Ladder Gnostic Sodality, affiliated with the Palm Tree Garden Gnostic community, is a self-governing, non-denominational “Gnostic Lay-Circle.” We will be meeting regularly in Seattle to discuss Gnosticism, in theory and practice. We are less than a formal Gnostic church, but more than just a discussion group– expect the unexpected!

We welcome anyone interested in learning about and experiencing Gnosticism in a Gnostic context, specifically the practice of the religions written about in the Nag Hammadi Library and their modern manifestations (the Matrix films, V for Vendetta, the works of Philip K. Dick, The Gospel of Judas, etc.).

We will primarily discuss a specific topic each meeting (decided by the group), with some contemplative practice (meditation), but the direction we take will be determined by our members.
