On Saturday, September 19, 2009 people from all walks of life will come together outside the Metropolitan United Church in the heart of downtown Toronto for the launch of Paint Your Faith, an extraordinary celebration of faith and art. That morning, WonderCafe.ca, the interactive website created by The United Church of Canada, will unveil a stunning, one-of-a-kind urban art installation covering a 30’ x 60’ exterior wall donated by the Metropolitan United Church.

Created by four celebrated aerosol artists – Chor Boogie, Siloette, Elicser and Mediah – the mural will reflect their collective interpretation of faith, created over two weeks of collaboration on the Church’s wall.

Everyone is invited to join in the celebration, meet the artists and “paint your faith”. Wondercafe.ca and the Metropolitan will host a Community Block Party featuring music, barbeque and refreshments and the opportunity for people of every age and background to create their own expressions of faith on canvases available.

Siloette is a proud wife and mother whose aerosol portraits and work can be seen from murals to billboards to magazines across the U.S. She was also part of the popular Adidas "End to End" project in 2007. Elicser and Mediah are both celebrated Canadian artists that have been instrumental in the rise of street and aerosol art in Canada.
